• Enrolled in their respective program duration as per the provided table.
• Possess a valid CNIC/B-Form number.
• Be a valid student as of the closing date for application submission (June 30, 2024).

Whereas Ineligible students include those Who are

• Enrolled in any private sector higher education institute (HEI).
• Who has already received a laptop through any Federal or Provincial Government scheme?
• Who are foreign nationals, except students from AJK?
• Who have not applied online or whose applications have not been received through the online portal.
• Who fail to produce the required documents and proof of academic performance during the distribution process.
• Who has completed their degree program before the laptop distribution?

Distribution Strategy/Selection Criteria

• The following steps outline the distribution strategy and selection criteria:
• Students must apply online through the HEC online portal before the deadline.
• The Focal Person of the relevant department will verify the student’s data through their online focal person account, ensuring accuracy.
• Any discrepancies found in the student’s data will be corrected by updating/editing the student’s information obtained from the Institute or the student themselves.
• The Institute will be allocated laptops based on a predefined quota, determined by eligibility and merit criteria.
• HEC will generate provisional merit lists for each University, which will be cross-checked by the institutes within 15 days.
