The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program – Pakistan (Global UGRAD-Pakistan) was launched in 2010 by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). It is managed through the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) as well as the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX) in the United States, this program has grown in popularity with Pakistani students at universities. It is a Global UGRAD program that offers Pakistani undergraduate students the opportunity to experience academic and cultural exchanges through a non-degree course.
