Eligibility Criteria Meteorological Department Jobs 2024
Primary Matric, Middle Intermediate, DAE, and Bachelor degree are required for this job for female-male applicants.
Age Limits:
The minimum age is between 18 and 35 years, as per law of the Government of Pakistan Law.

Age Restrictions & Relaxation Policy:
The requirements for age for each job are stated in the job advertisement. However, according to the Government’s Recruitment Policy, the upper age limit can be lowered.
A three-year respite is granted for those who belong to the castes scheduled for the Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir along with Gilgit Baltistan for all positions in the Federal Government. In the same way, applicants of Sindh Rural and Balochistan are offered a three-year reprieve for BPS-15 positions and lower positions under the Federal Government.
Armed Forces of Pakistan officers/personnel who were removed or retired are granted an annual 15-year break and government employees that have served for two continuous years as of the deadline for the submission of applications are given an additional 10 years of rest. When it comes to appointments to positions in BPS-15 or lower, handicapped people receive the option of a 10-year reprieve.
In addition, widows, children, and daughters of civil servants who died while working are entitled to an opportunity to receive a five-year reprieve. These changes are put in place to ensure that all qualified candidates are given an equal chance to be considered for and employed for federal employment.

The selection process will be conducted according to the policy of recruitment formulated through the Establishment Division vide O.M 53/1/2008-SP which was issued on 22.10.2014 and 06.05.2020 and as amended at any time and for appointments in BPS 01 to BS-05 as per Notification of 11.03.2020
Age relaxation is admissible in accordance with the Establishment Division’s OM No. F.9/2/91 R-3, dated 28.11.2000, and further relaxation of age will be allowed according to the Establishment Division’s O.M No. 9/2/91-R-5, 24.06.2010 24.06.2010 and in accordance with the rules/regulations that are in fashion.
Applications that are not complete after their due date will not be accepted.
Anyone already working in the government must apply via the proper channels and must present a valid NOC/DPC at the time of the interview.
