Details of qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (4-year program) or a master’s degree (two years course) holder in the applicable topic will be preferable. 5-seven years of teaching experience at a reputed English-medium school that is associate with the BISE; the applicant should have instructed students in Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary Levels. The candidate’s expertise in Montessori methods and past experience as a Coordinator or Section Head will be a bonus. Senior Teachers are required to have ten years of experience.
Term and Conditions for Applicants
According to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Private School education, the basic salary for nursery, junior high, and senior high are KD 250–284–or around 200,000 Pakistani rupees. The package includes three months’ worth of summers vacation pay in addition to end-of-service benefits, which are provide following accordance with Kuwaiti labor standards. The candidate will cover the cost of the visa stamping.
Contract duration: A minimum of one year, with possible future extensions based on performance. The applicant must be enroll in school full-time and not as a private student.
