How to Make Domicile Certificate Online

Visit the nearest district court there are many people (Form Sellers) sitting outside in the courtyard you can get a form from him or directly purchase a blank form for domicile and Challan form 100 or 200 rupees from a shop outside the court. Fill up the form with all requisite details (Applicant Name, Father Name, Date, age, Tehsil, District), etc, and fill challan form 32 A deposited two hundred rupees in National Bank and write an affidavit from parents in proof of residency. All documents must be attested by a Notary Public Officer.
